Sales Team Leader

Salary: From £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, £60k OTE plus benefits (pension, private medical etc.)

Software Sales Account Manager

Salary: £18-25k Basic + £10k OTE + benefits (pension, private medical etc.) dependent on experience

General duties:
  • Targeted activity/calling
  • Client profiling
  • Business intelligence gathering/research
  • Building new relationships

  • Opportunity profiling, chasing and forecasting

Maximise revenue/profit through:

Sales Support

The package is £18k-£20k per annum + benefits depending on experience.

We require a passionate, energetic and motivated individual who wishes to enter a career in IT. The role will allow you to start off in Sales Support with the aim of becoming an account manager, potentially managing your own accounts. You will need to show the eagerness to progress and prove you are able to take the next step as an account manager, giving you the opportunity to earn commission – all training is provided.
Sales Support executives are responsible for assisting our Account Managers in selling to our clients, as well as managing the relationships we have with our clients. Ideal candidates will thrive on work that is often challenging and fast-paced.

Specific duties of a Sales Support Representative include:

  • Assisting Account Managers in day-to-day activities
  • Making a set number of outbound calls per day
  • Promoting QBSD
  • Building relationships with new prospective customers
  • Maintaining records on internal systems
  • Generating quotes
  • Processing and tracking orders
  • Liaising with technical staff and solving problems
The ideal Sales Support Representative would possess the following qualities:
  • Clear spoken and written English is an essential requirement
  • Sales experience within the IT industry
  • Educated to A-Level or equivalent
  • Computer literate
  • Resourceful and self-motivated
  • Excellent telephone manner, and the confidence to communicate at all levels
  • Enthusiastic and professional with a good sense of humour
  • The ability to work as part of a dedicated team
