Here is a selection of unsolicited comments we have received from customers. We publish these not to be boastful, but rather to make the point that as a QBS customer, you should expect and will receive the highest level of response, service and pre- and post-sales support.

"I contacted your company late yesterday for a quote regarding techsmith software. The rep who supported my query was Mithun Pujari. I would like to say that I have been very impressed with the level of service he has provided. He was very customer facing: knowledgable, enthusiastic and efficient. He answered all my queries and sent several emails...
He was also very professional and polite, with a friendly manner. This was very refreshing, and although you may feel that this should be a min"given" (as do I), I can tell you that I contacted several other UK resellers listed on the techsmith website before yours and was not impressed with their attitudes &/or levels of service and product knowledge.
I will no doubt contact your company in the future for any other software requirements I have. I shall also be more than happy to recommend QBS to peers and colleagues in schools and further and higher educational establishments."
