Mailmerge and automation commands assist in personalising documents with overlays and attachments. An Outlook add-in enables the conversion of e-mail attachments to PDF, combining them into a single PDF or a ZIP attachment for sending.
Integration is provided with contact management software to provide document automation functionality and with scanning equipment to enable paper documents to be combined into one document. The Zetadocs Software Development Kit enables software developers to integrate Zetadocs with existing CRM or ERP systems and enables users to create and deliver quotations, proposals, statements, invoices, remittances and other business documents asa PDF by sent by e-mail or fax. Support is provided for .NET and COM-aware programs and automated and user interface-based components can be embedded in third party applications. It includes all the sending functionality of the Zetafax API and the option to use Zetafax API for advanced functionality.
